The Challenge

QuickServe Logistics, a same-day delivery company operating across Greater Sydney, was drowning in paper-based processes. Drivers used printed manifests, customers called constantly for delivery updates, and the dispatch team manually coordinated 150+ daily deliveries via phone and WhatsApp. Proof of delivery was a photo texted to the office, often lost or mislabelled. They were losing 3-4 hours daily to administrative overhead and experiencing a 12% failed delivery rate due to communication breakdowns.

Our Solution

We built a comprehensive logistics platform with three interconnected apps: a Driver App for route management and digital proof of delivery, a Customer App for real-time tracking and delivery scheduling, and a Web Dashboard for dispatch operations and analytics. The system features automatic route optimisation using Google Maps API, real-time GPS tracking, digital signature capture, photo proof of delivery with automatic organisation, and instant customer notifications at every delivery milestone.
